About the event
Contact Improvisation is a dance form initiated by the American choreographer Steve Paxton in the ’70s. Contact Improvisation is a spontaneous dialogue between two moving bodies that are in contact with one another. Practice includes falling, rolling, following a physical point of contact, supporting, and giving weight to each other.
Theo Trișcă - very briefly, about myself, is that I like to move, more and more, lately. Of all the practices I have tried in previous years, Contact Improvisation is the one that I like best. In the meantime, I have miraculously met Aikido, which I also practice.
